Customers may opt in to receive SMS messages from COPPED when creating an account, completing checkout, joining our VIP/customer list, or providing their information in store.
The SMS opt-in is optional, unchecked by default, and is not required to make a purchase or create an account.
By opting in, customers agree to receive recurring text messages from COPPED about product recommendations, new arrivals, order follow-ups, VIP shopping assistance, store updates, and promotional offers.
Messages may be sent by automated systems or manually by COPPED staff through our customer outreach dashboard. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Customers can shop with COPPED without agreeing to receive SMS messages.
